HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We use Australia Post eParcel to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, it can take around 3 to 10 working days to be delivered.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. The email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.
Don't stress if it doesn't work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the system.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Standard shipping takes 3 to 10 working days from receipt of your order using Australia Post.
CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND COLLECT FROM A RETAILER THAT SELLS BONDS?
No, when shopping at Bonds Outlet Online all items are shipped direct from our warehouse.
WHY IS THERE A DELAY BETWEEN THE DISPATCH EMAIL AND DELIVERY?
We send a dispatch email when the parcel leaves our warehouse. Your parcel will then spend a certain amount of time in transit before being delivered to you.
CAN I SEND AN ORDER TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
Yes, you can send your order to another address other than your registered address.
