HOW MANY PRODUCTS DO I ORDER TO RECEIVE A MULTIPACK?
We're all for bulk-buying at Bonds Outlet to make stocking up on your favourite staples a cinch. Mostly, we’ve bundled products to make up one unit so when you buy, you’re getting a whole lot for less. You only need to order one unit to receive the quantity offered in the product description.
In some cases, the product will say something like: "Bonds Sport Socks 10 Pack" which means ordering one unit of these will give you 10 pairs of socks. By the same token, ordering two will give you 20 pairs. In other cases, you may see the product say "Bonds Sport Socks 6 x 2 Pack" which means that there are 6 packs with 2 pairs of socks in each pack, so in total, you will receive 12 pairs of socks if you order one quantity of this product.
The price displayed represents the price for everything included in the description. If all else fails, take a look at the quantities displayed in the images to help give you an idea of what you’re buying.
WHAT DOES THE "PRICE PER ITEM" LABEL REFER TO?
So you've noticed the "price per item" label. To take the nitty gritty work off your hands, we've calculated the cost of each product that makes up one multipack based on how many pairs or single items are in the multipack. For example, if the product is "Bonds Sport Socks 6 x 2 Pack", the "price per unit" displayed will be the total cost divided by the number of pairs of socks you will receive (12).
WHAT DO THE SAVE STATEMENTS MEAN?
When you see indications of savings off RRP, we're displaying the savings in percentages that you'll receive based on the recommended retail price for the product when it's sold as a single unit.
CAN I USE A BONDS GIFT CARD ON BONDS OUTLET?
Unfortunately, Bonds gift cards can only be used at Bonds.com.au and won't work at the Bonds Outlet site, as the outlet offers a whole range of brands in addition to Bonds.

Unfortunately, existing Bonds & Me accounts cannot be used on Bonds Outlet. You will need to create a new Bonds Outlet account.

No, we don't save any of your payment details which means you will have to enter them each time you place an order, but at least you know there's no risk.

HOW DO I KNOW I'VE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED MY ORDER?

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT?
Sorry, we're unable to make changes (e.g. styles, sizes, quantity) to your order, including delivery or payment methods, once your order has been placed. Depending on when your order was placed you may be able to cancel some items, however new items cannot be added. We suggest immediately calling Customer Service on 1800 688 223 (Monday – Friday, 9am-4pm AEDT) for further assistance.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?
Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 working days from receipt of your order using Australia Post, however some orders may take up to 10 days to arrive at your destination during busy periods. Please bear with us during these times.
I’VE MADE AN ERROR WITH MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, CAN YOU FIX IT?

I’VE MADE AN ERROR WITH MY BILLING ADDRESS. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Not to worry, as long as your delivery address details are correct your billing address won't be affected.
CAN MY PARCEL BE LEFT ON THE DOORSTEP OUTSIDE MY ADDRESS
All apparel is safe dropped if there is a safe place to leave it.
MY ORDER IS SHOWING AS COMPLETE, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. WHAT THE?
A 'complete' order means it's been sent from our end, not necessarily that it's been received on your end. For up-to-the-minute information on the whereabouts of your order, please check the tracking information emailed to you or via the Australia Post website.

IS SHIPPING FREE FOR MY ORDER?
Orders totalling $49 or more receive free delivery anywhere in Australia. With product prices as low as they are, delivery is charged at $5.95 if your order is under $49. For members, shipping is free on orders over $29.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Currently, we do not ship internationally, only to addresses within Australia.
HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION CODE?
You will be prompted to apply the promotion code to your order in the Checkout.
WHY WON'T MY PROMOTION CODE WORK?
It may have expired, been entered incorrectly or not be valid if your order does not meet the terms and conditions of the promotion.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMOTION CODE ON AN ORDER?
No, unfortunately only one promotion code can be applied to each order.
I FORGOT TO ADD A PROMOTION CODE TO MY ORDER. CAN IT STILL BE APPLIED?
No, promotion codes can only be applied in the Checkout at time of purchase.

As this is an outlet offering a range of discounted products, we do not currently accept returns for change of mind. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty or we have not delivered what you ordered, you can return these products for a refund. You will need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making the return.

CAN I RETURN FAULTY ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE IN STORE?
Unfortunately faulty items purchased from Bonds Outlet cannot be rectified in-store. Please contact our Customer Service team to assist you further.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
Once your goods have been received on our end, please allow up to 30 business days for your refund to be processed back into your account. Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund.
WHO GETS THE REFUND IF I RETURN A PRODUCT GIVEN AS A GIFT?
The refund on a correctly returned item that was given as a gift will be credited to the original card or account used to purchase the gift.
